Fabricio Bloisi, who was previously the CEO of iFood, takes on the position of Group CEO. In 2013, at the age of 20, iFood was acquired by Fabricio. Since then, he has expanded it quickly and profitably to become the top meal delivery business in Brazil. He has a track record of success as an innovator and entrepreneur, having built and run top-tier technology businesses in expanding markets.
Subject to shareholder approval, he will become an executive director on the Naspers board on July 1st and join the Prosus board after the AGM in August 2024.

With his appointment as CEO, the Group now prioritizes entrepreneurship and innovation.
In addition, he has made iFood one of the world’s most inventive meal delivery services. He possesses a strong sense of discipline, vision and extensive operational experience. The board member feels that he is the best candidate to lead us at this time because of these skills.
The Group is on track to fulfill its promises, which include continuing the open-ended share repurchase program and attaining consolidated e-commerce trading profit in the second half of FY24.
